According to China National Railway Group Limited, since the start of the railway Qingming Festival holiday transportation on April 3, as of April 7, a total of 93.851 million passengers have been transported nationwide, an increase of 9.3% compared to the same period last year. The person in charge of the transportation department of China National Railway Group introduced that during this year's Qingming Festival, there was a strong demand for travel for visiting relatives, worshiping ancestors, outing, and tourism, with an average of 12,877 passenger trains running daily on the national railway.
