Toko Group questioned by US senators over Venezuelan gold transactions

According to a statement from the office of Democratic Senator Ron Wyden, Wyden sent a letter to the Toke Group on April 7 seeking information on the structure of an agreement to purchase gold from Venezuela and sell and distribute it in the United States. Wyden inquired whether the company conducted due diligence to ensure compliance with US sanctions regulations. He also requested details from the Toke Group on measures to prevent public corruption and human rights violations.
