The US ITC issues final judgement on Section 337 investigation of electronic cigarette liquid atomizers, components, and downstream products.

On April 3rd, the United States International Trade Commission announced that it has issued a final determination in the 337 investigation involving certain electronic nicotine delivery systems and components thereof, and products containing the same. The commission rejected motions by two named respondents, STIIIZY IP LLC f/k/a STIIIZY, LLC of Los Angeles, CA and STIIIZY Inc. d/b/a Shryne Group Inc. of Los Angeles, CA, to suspend remedial measures during the appeal period.
