According to reports, Intel is in ongoing discussions with at least two major customers, including Amazon and Google, regarding its advanced packaging services. The demand for advanced chip packaging is being driven by artificial intelligence. Naga Chandrasekaran, head of Intel's foundry business, mentioned that packaging may change the artificial intelligence revolution in the next ten years.
