Intercontinental Oil and Gas announced that the company recently learned that its shareholder, Hainan Dongduo, received a "Notice of Administrative Penalty Prior to Decision" issued by the Hainan Regulatory Bureau. From April 23 to 28, 2025, Hainan Dongduo transferred 40.46 million shares of "Intercontinental Oil and Gas" within the restricted transfer period, with a transfer amount of 80.1467 million yuan and no illegal gains. The Hainan Regulatory Bureau intends to order it to make corrections, give a warning, and impose a fine of 1 million yuan. This penalty does not involve the company, does not affect daily production and operations, and the final result is subject to the "Administrative Penalty Decision".
