Nova Nebula: plans to repurchase company shares with 50-100 million RMB.

Nova Nebula announcement, intends to use own funds or self-raised funds to implement the fifth phase of share repurchase through centralized competitive bidding trading method. The amount of this repurchase shall not be less than RMB 50 million and shall not exceed RMB 100 million, with a repurchase price not exceeding RMB 250 per share. The expected number of repurchased shares is approximately 200,000 to 400,000 shares, accounting for 0.22% to 0.43% of the company's current issued share capital.
