Shandong Expressway announced that its operating income in 2025 was 23.925 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 16.03%. Net profit was 3.206 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 0.30%. It plans to use a total share capital of 4.835 billion shares as the base on December 31, 2025, and distribute a cash dividend of 4.20 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders, totaling 2.031 billion yuan. There will be no capital reserve fund increase in shares in 2025.
