The Fujian Securities Regulatory Bureau has issued a warning letter to China Forestry Group for not fulfilling the commitment to avoid competition with Yong'an Forestry made in April 2020. As of February 28, 2026, there are still subsidiaries under China Forestry Group engaged in the forestry business, leading to competition with Yong'an Forestry.
