Suao Sensing announced that the company's director and general manager Teng Fei, as well as deputy general manager and chief financial officer Kong Youtian, completed reduction of holdings through block trading from January 14th to 16th, 2026. Teng Fei reduced his holdings by 6.93 million shares at 9.5 yuan per share, representing a decrease of 0.86555%, with his remaining holdings at 21.505 million shares, accounting for 2.68596%. Kong Youtian reduced his holdings by 1.003 million shares at 9.5 yuan per share, representing a decrease of 0.12527%, with his remaining holdings at 3.3594 million shares, accounting for 0.41959%. Both individuals have completed the reduction plan as previously disclosed.
