In combination with the actual work, through joint construction or commissioned construction, the construction and operation of lithium battery temporary storage points and recycling service outlets should be carried out. Encourage supply and marketing cooperatives at all levels to guide renewable resource recycling enterprises to standardize key processes such as lithium battery recycling and storage, strengthen cooperation with lithium battery comprehensive utilization enterprises, and do a good job in the standard comprehensive utilization of lithium batteries.
