Rui Feng Bank: Executive Director and Vice President Qin Xiaojun resigned due to work relocation.

Rui Feng Bank announced on April 3 that the Board of Directors received a written resignation from Qin Xiaojun, the Executive Director and Vice President of the company. Qin Xiaojun applied to resign from the positions of Executive Director and Vice President of the company due to job relocation reasons. After resignation, he will no longer hold any position in the company. The resignation will take effect from April 3, 2026.
