According to information from the Chinese Trade Remedy Information Network, on April 2, 2026, the U.S. International Trade Commission issued an announcement stating that it had made a final ruling on certain video-capable laptops, desktop computers, handheld computers, tablets, televisions, projectors, and their components and modules in the 337 investigation: no review shall be granted for the initial ruling made by the administrative judge on March 18, 2026, based on the settlement between the two parties, terminating the investigation on China's Hisense Co., Ltd., Qingdao, China, Hisense Group Co., Ltd., Hisense USA Corporation, and Hisense Electronics Manufacturing Company of America Corporation in Suwanee, Ga., excluding the application for limited distribution.
