Amazon will start charging sellers who use its transportation services a 3.5% "fuel and logistics" surcharge later this month. This fee will take effect on April 17th for customers using Amazon's logistics services in the United States and Canada. In addition, the US Postal Service announced last week that it will raise shipping rates by 8% for some packages.
