DuPont has completed the divestiture of its aramid business.

DuPont recently announced that it has successfully completed the divestiture of its aramid business, selling it to TJC, L.P.'s affiliated investment portfolio company, Arclin. The value of the aramid business of DuPont in this transaction is estimated to be approximately $1.8 billion.
