Wind data shows that on April 3, four A-share companies announced private placement related announcements. Among them, two companies disclosed their stock private placement plans, and two private placement plans were approved at the shareholders' meeting. According to the latest private placement plans disclosed on that day, *ST Diamond and Ningbo Ocean Shipping have the highest fundraising amounts, with planned private placements of no more than 2.431 billion yuan and 1.095 billion yuan respectively. So far this year, 52 companies have announced completed private placement plans, with 18 companies raising over 1 billion yuan. Specifically, China Shenhua, China Energy Construction, and Beiqi Blue Valley have the highest fundraising amounts, raising a total of 20 billion yuan, 6.5 billion yuan, and 6 billion yuan respectively.
