Recently, according to media reports, Xiaopeng Motors's dealer in Australia has entered into receivership. According to a document submitted to the Australian Securities and Investment Commission, an external administrator has taken over Xiaopeng Motors' Australian dealer TrueEV. However, Xiaopeng Motors has not confirmed whether its newly added direct operations in Australia will run parallel to TrueEV, and neither company has commented on this. In response to this, Xiaopeng Motors expressed disappointment in its cooperation with TrueEV. "After only two years of cooperation, the other party's financial chain has been broken, taken over by the financing party, no vehicles have been purchased for over a year, and they have even refused to fulfill orders for 454 vehicles." Xiaopeng Motors stated that TrueEV has also had public conflicts with local dealers, and the company believes that trust between the two parties has completely broken down. Continuing the status quo will only hinder Xiaopeng Motors' development in Australia and damage the interests of customers and partners.
