Zhongshan Public Utilities: Zhongshan Investment Control intends to transfer 5% of the company's shares through an agreement.

Zhongshan Public Notice, Zhongshan Investment Holding plans to transfer its 73.7556 million shares of the company through public solicitation, accounting for 5% of the total share capital of the company. After comprehensive evaluation by Zhongshan Investment Holding, Li An Life Insurance Co., Ltd. was determined to be the ultimate transferee, and the two parties signed the "Share Transfer Agreement" on April 1. Before this equity change, Zhongshan Investment Holding held 719 million shares of the company, accounting for 48.73% of the total share capital of the company. After this equity change, Zhongshan Investment Holding holds 645 million shares of the company, accounting for 43.73% of the total share capital of the company. Before this equity change, Li An Life Insurance held 46 million shares of the company, accounting for 3.12% of the total share capital of the company. After this equity change, Li An Life Insurance holds 120 million shares of the company, accounting for 8.12% of the total share capital of the company, and will become a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company.
