Dongfang Electric Corporation signs strategic cooperation agreement with China Offshore Oil Group.

On April 2, China Eastern Electric Group Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China National Offshore Oil Corporation Limited. Luo Qianyi, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Eastern Electric Group, stated that China Eastern Electric Group has a solid foundation and wide application scenarios for cooperation with CNOOC.
