Today, the Beijing Municipal Market Supervision Bureau has led multiple third-party platforms for online food trading, as well as associations related to the catering industry, to officially sign a memorandum of understanding on food safety for food delivery riders. This marks the first time that a comprehensive food safety mechanism for catering governance has been established, involving "regulatory guidance, platform support, association cooperation, and rider participation", further securing "safety on the tip of the tongue".
