Huayi Group invested in establishing a chemical company with a registered capital of 100 million yuan.

According to the Qichacha APP, Shanghai Huayi Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. was established recently, with Zheng Bijun as the legal representative and a registered capital of 100 million yuan. Its business scope includes the sales of chemical products, coal and its products, domestic trade agency, import and export of goods, etc. Equity penetration data from Qichacha shows that the company is wholly owned by Huayi Group.
