The person in charge of NetEase's game campus recruitment stated that the total number of internship recruits has increased by 70% compared to last year, with the recruitment scale for technical positions doubling from last year. The overall conversion rate of interns to full-time employees is over 50%, with the conversion rate for core research and development positions approaching 70%. In the previous autumn campus recruitment, NetEase hired 1500 newly graduated students.
