Three departments: By 2028, the comprehensive improvement of textile standard supply capacity will be promoted to facilitate the transformation of advanced and applicable technological achievements into standards.

According to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on April 2nd, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the State Administration for Market Regulation, and other three departments recently jointly issued the "Action Plan for Standard Leading Textile Industry Optimization and Upgrading". The "Action Plan" specifies that by 2028, more than 300 standards for diverse adaptation, digital transformation, green and low-carbon, health and safety, etc. will be revised and formulated, and the overall supply capacity of textile standards will be significantly improved; accelerate the evaluation of the advancedness, applicability, and diffusion of industry scientific and technological achievements, promote the standard transformation of advanced and applicable scientific and technological achievements, strengthen the linkage between standard revision and technological innovation; conduct monitoring and analysis of the implementation of key standards, steadily improve the quality of standard supply, and strengthen the enforcement of standards implementation; revise and formulate more than 10 international standards, maintain a continuous conversion rate of international standards above 85%, and steadily improve the consistency between domestic and international standards.
