The three major indexes of US stocks closed higher.

U.S. stocks closed higher, with the Dow up 0.52%, the Nasdaq up 1.11%, and the S&P 500 up 0.71%. Large-cap tech stocks rose across the board, with Micron and Intel up over 8%, AMD up over 3%, Google and Tesla up over 2%, Meta, Amazon, and Broadcom up over 1%, and Nvidia and Apple slightly higher. Oracle fell more than 1%, while Microsoft closed slightly lower.
