Announcement from Banner Thousand Cheng: Shareholder Hualu Capital, holding 57.2873 million shares, accounting for 6.08% of the shares, intends to reduce its holdings by no more than 10.3608 million shares, or 1.1%, from April 24, 2026 to July 23, 2026. Among them, no more than 9.4189 million shares, or 1%, will be traded through centralized bidding, and no more than 0.9419 million shares, or 0.1%, will be traded through bulk transactions. The price of the reduction will be determined based on the market price at the time of implementation.
