TCL Technology: Subsidiary Company Applies for Judicial Administration Procedure

TCL Technology announced that its holding subsidiary TCL ASEAN (TCL) and its subsidiary company Maxeon, as well as its subsidiary MSPL, faced business development challenges and financial difficulties, voluntarily applied to enter into judicial management procedures with the High Court of Singapore, and appointed Deloitte and its professionals as judicial managers. As of the end of the 2025 reporting period, TCL ASEAN had fully provisioned for impairment of Maxeon's related assets. This matter is not expected to have a significant adverse impact on the company's existing main business and financial condition. The application is still pending acceptance by the Singapore court, and there is uncertainty about whether debt restructuring or goals can be achieved.
