Ningbo Energy announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Langchen New Energy, has acquired 100% equity and 100% shareholder debt of four project companies owned by Jinlang Zhixi and Jinman New Energy for a total of 29.6135 million yuan, with the transaction price for the 100% equity being 15.2562 million yuan. The target companies include eight photovoltaic projects with a total capacity of 10,469.15KW, all operating under the "self-use, surplus electricity grid connection" model. This transaction does not constitute a related party transaction or a major asset restructuring, and does not require approval by the board of directors or shareholders' meeting. Due to macroeconomic and industry policies, there is uncertainty in the future operations of the target companies.
