Hubei Energy: Deputy Chairman and General Manager Tu Shanfeng resigns due to reaching retirement age.

Hubei Energy announced on April 1st that Tu Shanfeng has reached the statutory retirement age and has applied to resign from the positions of Vice Chairman, Director, and General Manager of the 10th Board of Directors of the company. His original term of office was to last until the completion of the 10th Board of Directors of the company. After resigning, Tu Shanfeng will not hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries.
