According to data released by the Lianjia Research Center today, the total number of signed contracts for new and second-hand residential properties in Shenzhen in March 2026 was 7,898 units, an increase of 117% compared to the previous month, reaching the highest value in nearly 11 months. Among them, 1,571 units of new residential properties were signed for pre-sale, an increase of 109% compared to the previous month, and 1,256 units were signed for immediate sale, an increase of 130% compared to the previous month, totaling 2,827 units, an increase of 118% compared to the previous month. 5,071 second-hand residential units were signed, an increase of 117% compared to the previous month, continuing to stabilize at the "life and death line" level of 5,000 units in the Shenzhen property market.
