Huaneng International, Yueda Investment and others have established an offshore wind power company.

According to the QiChaCha app, recently, Huaneng Offshore Wind Power Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 1.1 billion yuan. Its business scope includes: sales of solar thermal utilization products; energy storage technology services; solar power generation technology services; and research and development of new material technologies. Shareholding information from QiChaCha shows that the company is jointly held by Huaneng International's wholly-owned subsidiary Huaneng International Electric Power Jiangsu Energy Development Co., Ltd., and Yueda Investment, among others.
