Starting today, cross-border e-commerce export returns can be processed across customs jurisdictions.

Starting today, customs nationwide will promote the cross-border e-commerce retail export goods cross-border return mode. In the future, cross-border e-commerce export returns do not have to be returned to the original export customs. Instead, they can choose to handle the return and re-entry procedures at any customs port within the country.
