The new policy increases the annual extraction amount for "other housing consumption" to 20,000 yuan per person, and cancels some restrictions. At the same time, it optimizes the policies for urban old community renovation and purchasing, with the maximum extraction amount being increased to 50,000 yuan and the sum of the purchase price and taxes. In addition, the Gansu Province Housing Fund Management Center implemented a new housing provident fund extraction policy on April 1, adding situations for payment of down payments for second-hand housing, with a duration of one year.
