On March 31, the Puyang Regulatory Sub-bureau of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission disclosed administrative penalty information, showing that Xiamen Bank's Putian Branch was fined a total of 1.3 million yuan for inadequate pre-loan investigation for personal business loans, careless credit investigation for letter of credit, and inadequate employee behavior management. The responsible person, Liu Ming, was given a warning and fined 50,000 yuan, while Shi Ronghan, Wei Huihuang, and Su Hongpeng were given warnings.
