Hongke Technology announced that the company has received the "Notice of Opinions from the Listing Review Center of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on the Application of Hongke Technology Co., Ltd. to Issue Shares to Specific Objects". The Shenzhen Stock Exchange believes that the company meets the conditions for issuance, listing, and disclosure requirements, and will proceed to apply to the China Securities Regulatory Commission for registration according to regulations. The issuance of shares to specific objects still needs to be approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission before implementation, and the decision and timeframe for obtaining registration approval are currently uncertain.
