: China's System Intends to Transfer 10.54% of Company Shares

Announcement from GD Tech: Shareholder China Electronic System Technology Co., Ltd., holding more than 5% of the shares, proposes to transfer its 12.705 million shares through public solicitation, accounting for approximately 10.54% of the total share capital of the company, and 11.03% of the total share capital after deducting shares in the company's repurchase special account. After this share transfer is completed, China System will no longer hold any shares of the company.
