Ali: CoPaw 1.0 officially released.

Sina Finance news on March 31st, Alibaba's Turing Lab announced that today, we have released the new version of CoPaw 1.0. With the collaboration of over 100 contributors from the open source community, we have upgraded the capabilities of CoPaw in four areas: customized small models for CoPaw, security mechanisms, multi-agent collaboration, and memory management.
