In January and February, the total operating income of state-owned enterprises was 12,565.0 billion yuan, an increase of 0.2% year-on-year. The total profits of state-owned enterprises were 626.62 billion yuan, a decrease of 2.0% year-on-year. State-owned enterprises paid taxes and fees of 1,093.25 billion yuan, a decrease of 2.3% year-on-year. By the end of February, the asset-liability ratio of state-owned enterprises was 65.4%, an increase of 0.5 percentage points year-on-year.
