Three-dimensional Holdings: Part of the shares pledged by the controlling shareholder have been released and re-pledged.

Sina Finance reported on March 31 that Three-dimensional Holdings announced that Ms. Zhang Guiyu, one of the company's controlling shareholders and actual controllers, released a pledge of 6.15 million shares on March 30 and pledged another 9 million shares. After this release and re-pledge, Ms. Zhang has pledged a total of 30.56 million shares, accounting for 47.08% of her holdings and 2.96% of the total share capital. Together with Mr. Ye Jiyue, they collectively hold 37.62% of the company's shares, and the combined pledged shares account for 53.48% of their total holdings and 20.12% of the total share capital. The remaining balance of the shares pledged by Ms. Zhang is 109 million yuan, and the risk of this pledge is manageable within the next year.
