During their inspections in Guizhou, the Transport Department's inspection and guidance team found that some enterprises have inadequate safety management and weak measures in identifying and rectifying potential hazards.

Sina Finance News on March 31st, during the Spring Festival travel rush, the inspection and guidance team of the Ministry of Transport went to Guizhou to carry out inspections and rectification of major risks in transportation safety production during the 2026 Spring Festival travel rush. In 6 counties and districts in Anshun and Liupanshui, the inspection and guidance team conducted on-site inspections and visits to 6 transportation authorities, 14 industry enterprises, and 5 ongoing road construction projects. A total of 68 hidden risks were identified, including 1 major hazard and 3 significant problems, where some industry authorities failed to carry out inspections and random checks as required. The inspection and guidance team found that the cruise ship "Huajiang Grand Canyon No.6" owned by Guizhou Anlv Tourism Development Co., Ltd. violated management regulations by allowing passengers to move on the second deck during the voyage, which affected the stability of the ship and posed significant safety hazards. In addition, the inspection and guidance team also found that some dangerous goods transportation enterprise leaders were absent for a long time, failing to effectively implement upgraded control measures during the holidays; some road transportation enterprises had insufficient staff for dynamic monitoring, leading to ineffectiveness in their roles; and some tunnel construction projects on highways did not carry out forward support as required by the plan.
