Powell: Never volunteer advice.

Sina Finance reported on March 30th that Federal Reserve Chairman Powell answered a question about giving advice to the next Federal Reserve Chairman by saying, "Never offer advice proactively, only provide advice when asked." He then added, "It is very, very important to focus on your own area of expertise and concentrate on completing the tasks assigned to you."
