TCL Technology: Intends to acquire an 8.06% stake in Qi Zhang New Energy held by 50 shareholders of Quzhou Zhidao Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise for RMB 258 million.
Sina Finance reported on March 30th that TCL Technology announced its intention to acquire 8.06% of the shares of a New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. owned by a total of 50 shareholders including Quzhou Zhidao Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise and Suzhou Shanshi Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise, with a total amount of 258 million yuan. At the same time, TCL Huaxin intends to inject 1 billion yuan in cash to increase capital in a New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and obtain 55.56% of the shares after the increase in capital. After the completion of this share transfer and capital increase, TCL Huaxin will acquire 59.14% of the shares of a New Energy with a total of 12.58 billion yuan, and together accept entrusted voting rights constituting a total of 7.20% of the shares from Quzhou Zhihe Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise, Quzhou Zhongzhi Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise, Quzhou Zhixin Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise, Quzhou Linzhi Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise, Quzhou Ruizhi Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise and Liu Yong, thus controlling a total of 66.34% of the shares of a New Energy.
