On March 30, The University of Hong Kong announced that it has applied to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for a $1 billion medium-term note program to be issued to professional investors only within twelve months starting from March 30, 2026. Details of the listing will be published in a relevant prospectus on March 30, 2026. The planned listing is expected to be effective on March 31, 2026.
