Sina Finance reported on March 30th that Gao Jie, assistant general manager of China Aviation Power Assistant, and chairman of Aero Engine General Aviation Power, introduced that in the next 20 years, the demand for various types of traditional general aviation engines in China, including piston engines, turboprops, turbofans, and turbojets, will exceed 11,600 units with a market value exceeding 85.17 billion yuan; hybrid and electric power systems will coexist with traditional engines for a long time and have the potential to surpass them. The demand for electric propulsion systems in China will reach 31,000 units, with pure electric systems accounting for 18,600 units and hybrid systems accounting for 12,400 units, with a total market value of approximately 200 billion yuan.
