According to the weather forecast issued by the Jiangsu Meteorological Observatory, due to the influence of the Jianghuai cyclone, the province will experience strong winds and precipitation on March 30, with wind speeds reaching force 7-9 on the water surface. The Jiangsu Maritime Bureau announced that starting from 9:00 on March 30, temporary traffic control measures will be implemented for container ships, roll-on/roll-off ships, oversized transport ships, ships carrying easily flowable cargo, small vessels below 80 meters, towing fleets, or vessels with a wind resistance level lower than the forecasted meteorological level from below the Jiangyin Bridge to the #1 float on the Yangtze River.
