The Market Supervision Administration solicits opinions on the "Management Measures for Food Safety Sampling and Testing"

In order to further improve the quality of food safety sampling and testing work, the State Administration for Market Regulation is carrying out the revision of the "Management Measures for Food Safety Sampling and Testing", and is studying the formation of the "Management Measures for Food Safety Sampling and Testing". Feedback from the public is now being sought. All relevant units and individuals are welcome to propose modifications, and are requested to submit their feedback forms by April 26, 2026 to the State Administration for Market Regulation.
