The Hong Kong Housing Authority launches a special website for the long-term living arrangements at Ho Fook Gardens.

The Hong Kong SAR Government's Housing Department has announced the launch of a dedicated website for the Long Term Housing Arrangement Scheme for Wang Fook Court, providing the latest information and updates related to the scheme for the convenience of Wang Fook Court owners to browse and access at any time. The website will introduce detailed information on the "Special Sales Plan", such as the number and distribution of units planned for each block, as well as information on the "Explanation Team" service stations, team members' uniforms and work permit styles, and also includes FAQs and government responses for residents and the public to refer to and understand details. The Housing Department will timely update various information on the website, including press releases and social media articles, to facilitate Wang Fook Court owners to have a clearer understanding of the various data related to the scheme. The Hong Kong SAR Government announced the Long Term Housing Arrangement Scheme for Wang Fook Court at the end of last month, covering the acquisition of the interests of owners of Blocks A-G of Wang Fook Court, and establishing a "Special Sales Plan" to reserve 3,900 units of the Hong Kong Housing Authority and Hong Kong Housing Society for owners who have sold their interests to the government to purchase or "swap units". Starting from March 2nd, the "Explanation Team" consisting of over a hundred people coordinated by the Housing Department has begun directly contacting owners to explain the details of the government's acquisition of interests and various housing options, and promptly address owners' inquiries.
