Hualan Biological announced that the company plans to transfer 75% of its equity interest in its subsidiary, Hualan Biotechnology Co., Ltd., for a total consideration of 96.7141 million yuan. After the completion of this transaction, the company will no longer hold any equity interest in the Suzhou company, and the Suzhou company will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
