Bank of Communications President Zhang Baojiang: Will continue the mid-term dividend policy.

On March 27, the Board of Directors of Bank of Communications held a meeting and approved the "2025 Annual Profit Distribution Plan". Zhang Baojiang, Vice Chairman, Executive Director, and President of Bank of Communications, stated at the performance briefing held on that day that the bank will continue its mid-term dividend policy, distributing cash dividends of RMB 0.1684 per share to all shareholders in the second half of the year, with a total distribution of cash dividends of RMB 14.88 billion. In addition to the dividends already paid out for the first half of 2025, Bank of Communications will distribute cash dividends of RMB 0.3247 per share for the full year of 2025, with a total distribution of cash dividends of RMB 286.92 billion, accounting for 30% of the net profit attributable to the parent company's shareholders and 32.3% of the net profit attributable to the parent company's ordinary shareholders, maintaining a dividend payout ratio of over 30% for 14 consecutive years. It is understood that the specific dividend plan still needs to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting of the bank for approval.
