The company opened a special account for fundraising for Houhe Medical on March 6, and on March 26, the company, Houhe Medical, Agricultural Bank Changchun Lvyuan Branch, and Guotai Haitong Securities signed a "Four-party Supervision Agreement for Fundraising Special Account Storage", clarifying the rights and obligations of all parties.
