Tangshan Port announced that the operating income will reach 5.684 billion yuan in 2025, a decrease of 0.71% compared to the previous year; the net profit will be 1.998 billion yuan, an increase of 0.99% compared to the previous year. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 2 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders, which is 0.20 yuan per share. There will be no bonus shares given and no increase in capital reserves through capitalization of profits. The total amount of cash dividends distributed will be 1.185 billion yuan.
