Hefei Urban Construction announced that the 31st meeting of the 8th Board of Directors of the company approved the proposal for its wholly-owned subsidiary to participate in the bidding for plot BH202601 in Baohe District, Hefei City on March 23, 2026. On March 27, the wholly-owned subsidiary Huihu Real Estate successfully acquired the plot with an area of 1.5916 acres through bidding. The land use right is granted until November 14, 2094, with a planned residential use. The total amount of land transfer fee is 16.7118 million yuan, to be self-financed by Huihu Real Estate.
